Looking For Darwin Ramirez Tinoco from Armero Tolima

Please help us to find Darwin Ramirez Tinoco,

Darwin dissapeared in 1985 November the 13th after Amero disaster in Tolima-Colombia.

My mother (Flor Tinoco) had a sister who died in Armero, Her name was Amanda Ramirez Tinoco She had 4 sons (I mean my cousins) and She was married with Luis Ramirez.
The name of my cousins are:

1. Darwin Ramirez Tinoco (He was 7 years when Armero's disaster happened).
2. Oscar Ramirez Tinoco (He is alive)
3. Humberto Ramirez Tinoco (He was 15 years when Armero's disaster happened) 
4. Lucero Ramirez Tinoco (She is alive)

In 1985 after Armero's disaster my mother was informed by someone from Armero that Darwin (5 years old) was seen alive in Bogotá and he was given to a family in Holland or Belgium.
